How does Advisory differ from Maintenance?
Maintenance keeps you compliant and current—books closed by the 25th, accounts reconciled, and your business tax return filed on time.

Advisory is proactive planning: quarterly CPA strategy sessions for Advanced members and monthly/weekly strategy for Ultimate members, with KPI reviews, cash-flow guidance, and controller-level insight into margins and growth.
What are your pricing tiers?
We use weekly pricing billed automatically:

Core: starting at $137/week
Advanced: starting at $217/week
Ultimate: starting at $497/week

Final fees depend on entities, transaction volume, AP/AR complexity, and advisory scope. We confirm your tier and pricing after discovery, before onboarding begins.
Is there a setup/cleanup fee?
If books, AP/AR, or payroll need onboarding or cleanup, we quote a fixed Implementation & Cleanup fee up front so there are no surprises. You’ll know the deliverables, timeline, and cost before recurring billing begins.
When will I receive monthly financials?
By the 25th of each month, assuming timely client data (typically by the 7th). If inputs arrive late, we issue preliminary reports and finalize once complete information is received.
What are your SLAs?
Core: response within 72 business hours
Advanced: response within 48 business hours
Ultimate: response within 12 business hours, live slot typically within 24 hours

All support runs through our secure client portal for speed, documentation, and traceability.
Do you handle payroll?
Yes. Payroll is delivered through iSolved/Payroll Vault.

Core excludes payroll. Advanced includes payroll coordination, and Ultimate can incorporate more comprehensive payroll and labor-cost reporting as part of your scope.

Can I keep my in-house bookkeeper?
Yes. Our Essentials (Check-In) option is designed to work alongside internal teams. We review monthly financials, provide adjustments & controls, and maintain the advisory cadence while your staff handles day-to-day bookkeeping.
What’s the onboarding process?
Apply → discovery with a CPA → proposal with weekly pricing & scope → Implementation & Cleanup (if needed) → transition into your recurring monthly close with financials by the 25th and PASBA-style monthly communication. Advisory cadence is added for Advanced and Ultimate members.
Can I cancel?
Business memberships are a rolling 12-month commitment billed weekly. After the initial term, engagements continue week-to-week with a 30-day written notice to cancel. If you move on, we provide a clean handoff of your books and records.
How many new members do you accept each month?
We cap new memberships each month to preserve direct CPA oversight and our SLAs. If a tier is full, we’ll offer the next available start date or a priority waitlist spot.
