Meet Our Founder
Marc Boulanger is a licensed CPA in Oklahoma and California with over 15 years of experience in tax, payroll, and advisory work. After seeing how most CPAs offered reactive, seasonal service, Marc built a new kind of firm—one that delivers strategic, month-to-month support through a CPA-led membership model.
Why We Built This Firm
Most business owners end up managing multiple vendors — a bookkeeper, a payroll company, and a tax preparer — with no single point of accountability. Important details get missed, decisions get delayed, and issues show up at the worst possible time.
We built Boulanger CPA to be the opposite: a firm designed around consistent monthly reporting, proactive oversight, and predictable scope — so the back office keeps pace with growth.
