Pricing FAQs

What does the monthly fee include?
Your membership includes monthly bookkeeping, prepared financial statements, full-service payroll (via iSolved or Payroll Vault), business and personal tax preparation, quarterly strategy calls, and portal-based communication—all bundled into one flat monthly fee.

Is tax prep really included?
Yes. We prepare and file your federal and state tax returns for both the business and the owner (if applicable), with no surprise billing or seasonal charges.

How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on your business size (number of employees), level of complexity (e.g., number of accounts, multi-entity, multi-state), and service tier. All pricing starts at the rates listed and is customized after reviewing your business details.

Are there any setup fees or extra charges?
If you need catch-up bookkeeping or cleanup before onboarding, we’ll quote that separately. Otherwise, there are no hidden fees, hourly charges, or per-run payroll costs.

Can I cancel the membership at any time?
We ask for a 12-month initial commitment to ensure we can deliver long-term value. After that, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

What if I need cleanup or backwork?
We’ll quote backwork separately based on scope. Once the books are clean, you’ll begin monthly service under your flat-fee membership plan.
