Membership Basics

What is the CPA membership?

A flat-fee, CPA-led program that bundles monthly bookkeeping with CPA-prepared financials, payroll compliance, business + personal tax returns, proactive planning, and secure portal support—under one relationship and one predictable fee.

Who is this for?

Owner-operators, S-Corps/LLCs, franchise and multi-entity operators, and professional firms that want their back office handled with direct CPA oversight and proactive tax strategy.

Do you serve clients outside Oklahoma/California?

Yes. We operate virtually and serve clients nationwide. Multi-state payroll/filings are available and quoted based on complexity.

How does the membership year work?

Rolling start: Your membership begins the day you sign. We onboard immediately and billing runs every 28 days from your start date (rolling year, not calendar year).

Included returns: We include the business return(s) for the entity(ies) in your membership and the owner’s 1040 for the tax year that ends within your 12-month membership window. Fiscal-year filers follow the fiscal year that ends inside your term.

What if we join mid-year?

No need to wait. We start now. The one-time Onboarding & Strategy fee covers books assessment/cleanup (as needed), payroll tune-up, transcript pulls, and your first projection so we can get you current quickly.

Pricing & Billing

How am I billed?

Memberships are billed every 28 days via autopay (13 cycles/year). Your first cycle starts on your signup date; cycles continue every 28 days thereafter.

What are the membership prices?

Pricing is tailored by structure, complexity, and advisory needs. Tiers start from: Foundation$950 / 28 days, Advisory$1,995 / 28 days, Strategic Partnership$3,500 / 28 days. We’ll confirm your tier during intake and set clear usage caps to protect scope.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. We charge a one-time Onboarding & Strategy fee starting at $2,500(varies by complexity) to cover onboarding, books assessment and cleanup (as needed), payroll tune-up, initial tax projection, and your first CPA strategy sessions.

Do you require a commitment?

New memberships begin with a 12-month commitment to implement systems across a full tax cycle. After that, memberships continue on a 28-day cadence with a 30-day notice to cancel.

Do you have an annual renewal?

Yes—your membership renews on your anniversary. We may assess a small one-time rate-protection renewal fee(typically up to one 28-day cycle) to lock in pricing for the next term; we’ll disclose this on renewal.

Delivery & Support

When do I receive monthly reports?

We target delivery of monthly financials by the 25th of the following month (dependent on timely client data by the 7th). You’ll also receive quarterly—or mid-year—projections with an action plan.

What are your response-time SLAs?

Published SLAs (business hours): Strategic Partnership 12h response (live slot within 24h); Advisory 24h (live within 48h); Foundation 36h (live within 72h). “Quick Q&A” means questions answerable in under 10 minutes; larger items are scheduled as strategy sessions.

How do we communicate and share documents?

All documents and requests flow through our secure client portal. We use scheduled calls/Zoom for planning and reviews. For compliance, please avoid sending sensitive information by text or email.

How long do payroll setup and IRS POA/transcript monitoring take?

Payroll setup begins during onboarding. IRS Power of Attorney is submitted promptly; transcript monitoring begins once the IRS/state recognizes our authority.

Scope & Services

Is payroll included? Do you handle multi-state?

Yes—payroll processing and required filings are included in applicable tiers. Multi-state registrations and filings are available; additional jurisdictions may affect pricing.

Do you support multiple entities and consolidation?

Yes. Foundation typically includes one operating entity; additional entities and consolidations are supported and quoted based on complexity.

What if my books are behind?

The Onboarding & Strategy fee covers typical catch-up. Extensive backlog or reconstruction may require an additional cleanup scope—quoted transparently before we begin.

Do you offer one-off projects or à la carte services?

We prioritize members. Select projects are available at fixed fees when they align with the membership roadmap.

How do upgrades/downgrades work?

We can adjust tiers as your needs change. If usage exceeds published caps for two consecutive cycles, we’ll recommend re-tiering or limiting services to keep delivery predictable and fair.

Do you limit new clients?

Yes—capacity-based intake: we accept a limited number of new members each month to preserve true CPA-level attention.

Guarantee

What is your guarantee?

90-Day Value Guarantee: If we cannot demonstrate value equal to your membership fee within 90 days (avoided penalties, time saved, or tax strategies identified), we continue working at no charge until we do.
